The Container Terminal of Marín, known as Termarín, is part of the Pérez Torres Group, one of the leading port operators on the Peninsula, with a presence in Spain, Portugal, and China. The terminal, aware of the need for each recipient to have their cargo on time, offers uninterrupted hours from 7 AM to 9 PM for the delivery and reception of containers. Additionally, extending these hours during weekends, nights, and holidays is possible, thus guaranteeing flexible and efficient service to meet customer demands. It has over 500 plugs for refrigerated containers, a specialized workshop, and washing areas. With an area of more than 100,000 m² and equipped with four cranes, Termarín guarantees quick and flexible attention to ships.

The traffic of "reefer" containers is a priority at Termarín. Knowing how crucial it is to have a fast and modern PIF for this type of cargo, the Port Authority of Marín expanded in 2018, making the Marín PIF one of the most modern and efficient border control facilities in the Northwest Peninsula. This ensures compliance with the high standards required by the European Union, which is essential for maintaining the quality of food products and providing outstanding agility in inspections.

Pérez Torres Maritime: A Decade Operating in Portugal

The Pérez Torres Group, through its Portuguese subsidiary PTM Ibérica, celebrates its 10th anniversary as an operator of the Port of Aveiro, achieving a leading position. In 2022, the group marked a milestone in this port with the inauguration of the Container Terminal and a direct service to the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. The company runs in the North Terminal of the port, which has more than 100,000 m² of yard and more than 30,000 m² of covered warehouses.
